1. DEFINITIONS
“Agreement” – refers to the contractual relationship established between you and iCARD upon placing and confirming an order. “iCARD” / “we” / “us” / “our” – refers to iCard.ae and its legal operating entity. “Client” / “you” / “your” – refers to the individual or organization purchasing products or services from us. “Products” – refers to our digital business cards and any associated services or materials offered through iCARD. “Terms” – refers to this document, including our returns, refund, and customization policies
2. SCOPE OF SERVICE
These Terms govern all purchases made on our website or through authorized sales channels. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may revise them occasionally, and any updates will apply to orders made after the revised date.
CUSTOM DESIGN & PRODUCTION
If you submit your own design, our production team will follow it exactly. We do not accept responsibility for design errors submitted by the client.
If we are required to make any adjustments or assist with design, approval will be sought prior to production.
Note: Once production begins, orders with custom or engraved content cannot be canceled or refunded unless a clear production fault is confirmed on our side.
4. PRICING
All prices are shown in AED and are inclusive of applicable UAE taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Any pricing error found after your order is placed will be communicated to you before proceeding.
5. PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted via online gateways, bank transfers, or Cash on Delivery (COD) for existing clients (where applicable).
Full payment must be made before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failed or dishonored payments may result in order cancellation.
6. DELIVERY
We deliver both within the UAE and internationally. Delivery times vary based on product type, quantity, and customization requirements. We strive to provide accurate timelines and keep you updated throughout. Delays caused by third-party couriers, customs, or incorrect client information are beyond our control.
7. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, card designs, product visuals, branding elements, and web content on iCard.ae are protected under intellectual property law.
It is strictly prohibited to download, copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of our website, product images, or written content without explicit written permission from iCARD. Unauthorized use will result in legal action.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURNS
We do not accept returns or cancellations once a custom or engraved order is in progress. If your order arrives damaged or with a production error, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will evaluate a solution — whether it be a replacement or refund. Non-customized cards may be considered for return on a case-by-case basis.
9. LIABILITY
iCARD shall not be held liable for indirect losses or damages arising from order delays, third-party delivery issues, or customer-provided design errors. Our responsibility is limited to correcting any verified defect in our product or service.
10. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and order information
- Approving design proofs when required
- Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
- Ensuring payment completion for your order

12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
