1. Customized Products

For standard, non-customized products, customers may request a return within 1–2 working days of receiving the item.

In such cases, we will replace the card free of charge within 1–2 working days in the UAE, or re-ship to international customers within the shortest possible time frame.

2. Non-Customized Products

For standard, non-customized products, customers may request a return within 1–2 working days of receiving the item.

3. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers will receive a full refund — no shipping or processing costs will be deducted.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

4. Return Shipping

All costs of return shipping for defective, damaged, or incorrect items will be covered by iCARD

Customers will not incur any extra charges for replacements due to product faults or errors.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If a card arrives with the wrong design, incorrect engraving, or a manufacturing defect, iCARD will replace the product at no additional cost.

UAE Customers: Issues must be reported within 1–2 days of receiving the product.

International Customers: Issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

8. Important Notes

Customized products cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect information provided by the customer, or preference changes.

All our products are covered by a one-time payment, no subscription guarantee — there are no recurring fees associated with your purchase.

9. LIABILITY

iCARD shall not be held liable for indirect losses or damages arising from order delays, third-party delivery issues, or customer-provided design errors. Our responsibility is limited to correcting any verified defect in our product or service.

You are responsible for:

  • Approving design proofs when required
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
